شرح درس وقاية الجهاز العصبي السنة الثالثة اعدادي:

لكي نتمكن من حماية الجهاز العصبي و وقايته من الأمراض, سيتوجب علينا الالتزام بما يلي:

تجنب الانتهاكات الحسية كالضوضاء و الضجيج التي تسبب في اتلاف الأهداب الخاصة بالخلايا المستقبلة للصوت, و الأضواء القوية التي تشتت التركيز و تسبب التوتر و ضعف البصر مع المدة.
تجنب أسباب الارهاق كالصهر.
عدم استهلاك المواد المخدرة و المنشطات كالتبغ و الكحوليات.
