  • Intestin grêle : maltose → glucose ; polypeptides → acides aminés ; lipides → acides gras + glycérol
  • Réactions :
    • Lipides + bile → fragments
    • Fragments + lipase → acides gras + glycérol
    • Polypeptides + peptidase → acides aminés
    • Amidon + amylase → maltose
    • Maltose + maltase → glucose

Absorption intestinale
